do any shops still tune carbs?

Aside from speed shops I can't find one place to tune the carb on my chevy ii I did a 2 barrel conversion and I can't get it to run right at all I took it to one guy he said the carb was to small to work on my engine but I have talked to quite a few people who have the same set up and it works fine fore them I'm in quakertown and no one in the area tunes carbs anymore! Any help or advice would be great thanks
